Meet & Greet Procedure

If you have a meet-and-greet booked, your driver will be waiting for you at baggage claim and can assist you and your party with luggage and any immediate ground needs.

Pearson Terminal 1 Pick-up Procedure

 After arriving and claiming any checked baggage, proceed to the Airport Limousine Post B outside of Terminal 1. Give the commissioner your name and ask that Limmo.ca be called, or call the dispatcher at 1(800) 611-8081. 

Pearson Terminal 3 Pick-up Procedure

After arriving and claiming any checked baggage, proceed to the Airport Limousine Post 29 outside of Terminal 3. Give the commissioner your name and ask that Limmo.ca be called, or call the dispatcher at 1(800) 611-8081.

Airport Limousine Fees

Limmo.ca follow those of the GTAA rules and regulations, as well as the City of Toronto and City of Mississauga.

 Toronto Airport Limousine (additional charges and fees):

  • 13% HST (Ontario government tax) will be added to all charges
  • $10 per additional stop
  • $45 per 60 minutes of waiting time after the first 15 minutes
  • $50 for in-airport “meet & greet” service
  • $12 for each excess luggage piece
  • $12 for each child seat
  • $6 for pets in cage

All tolls and related fees are the responsibility of the passenger

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require a minimum 12-hour notice or a 50% fee will be assessed. No show reservations will be charged in full.

How do I create a Customer Account?

Go to the Limmo.ca homepage and click on “My Limo” at the top right hand corner of the page. This will then lead you through the simple steps of creating an account with us. Additionally, My Limo Sign up can accessed from here  

I've forgotten my password. How do I create a new one?

Please click here to reset your password and have it sent to your email address instantly. 

How do I view my past reservations?

Log in to your My Limo the top right corner of the our homepage, enter required fields under Past Reservations/trips, click on “Find & Link Reservation”.

How do I update my credit card on file?

Log in to My Limo in the top right corner of our homepage. Click on “Manage Profile” & then click on “Update Billing Information. ” You can then edit your credit card information. 

How do I create a creating a business limo service account?

Creating a corporate account is free. To start, click here. You can also book a trip for others or add passengers to an existing reservation.

 

Reservations

Can I reserve a car for a period of time versus a planned trip? One hour? One day?

Airport limousine reservations require a minimum one-hour commitment and three-hour commitment for all other bookings unless you book a planned trip (i.e. set pick up and drop off). Limos can be reserved for periods greater than three hours, and custom itineraries or “plan-as-you-go” schedules can be accommodated.

How far in advance should cars and airport limousine be reserved?

Cars are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on the day, time and other external factors (i.e. holidays, area events, weather, etc), cars may be available immediately with no pre-booking required. In other instances the fleet is reserved several days in advance. Premium cars and airport limousines typically require advanced booking.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

At the top of the confirmation page you will see your reservation number (e.g.: #6AJ2ZK) follwed by an email from Limmo.ca titled “Your Reservation Is Confirmed”.

How can I change a reservation after I’ve already booked my car or limo

Call Limmo.ca at 1(800) 611-8081 for all reservation changes required post-booking. Changes can be made up until 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. After that, Limmo.ca will attempt to honor all new requests but, due to other scheduling conflicts, cannot guarantee a reservation change.

When do I pay for my car or limo?

Standard reservations can be pre-paid at the time of booking or, alternatively, can be held with a credit card and paid when you are dropped off. Premium reservations, multi-car packages and special event bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

What do I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled and I have a Limmo.ca car booked?

Limmo.ca constantly monitors passengers’ flight schedules and will adjust pick-up times accordingly. However, should you decide to change to an earlier or later flight, please contact Limmo.ca at 1(800) 611-80816 as soon as possible to request a change to your reservation.

Is Limmo.ca Smartphone Ready?

Yes, our website including booking system is mobile read. It’s responsive design adjusts to your screen for an optimal viewing experience. There is no need download an app!

How many bags fit in the trunk of a standard town car?

Limmo.ca airport limousine town cars can comfortably fit up to three standard suitcases/bags in the trunk. If you have more than three bags, please contact Limmo.ca for additional booking options. Additional bags will incur a charge of $12 each.

How many passengers fit in a town car?

A Limmo.ca airport limousine town car can accommodate up to three passengers.

What is the most number of people I can fit in one car?

The largest Limmo.ca stretch limo can comfortably and safely fit up the 12 passengers.

What do I do once I’ve arrived at the airport?

After going through Customs (if applicable) and collecting any checked luggage, call 1(800) 611-8081 and notify them of your arrival. They will direct you to your driver. If you have a meet-and-greet option included in your booking, your driver will be waiting for you at baggage claim.

Do you offer special wedding packages?

Limmo.ca offers a variety of customizable event and wedding packages. Call 1(800) 611-8081 to speak with a dedicated reservationist about your upcoming event.

Can I request a specific color for my limousine?

All airport limousines are Black. Some SUV’s are also available in white. Special colors may be requested for event bookings including weddings and funerals , however, due to limited availability, cannot be guaranteed.

Does Limmo.ca offer charter bus services?

Limited bus services are available. Call 1(800) 611-8081 to speak with a reservationist. Due to the nature of charter reservations, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance
